Networking Mall Exhibitor Sponsorship - $1,600
Exhibit space is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.Exhibitor Sponsorship includes:
- Recorded 10 minute pitch about your product or service played on the Symposium website the entire next year. You can submit your video or we will record it onsite during the Symposium.
- One 10' wide x 8' deep exhibit space, including the backdrop and pipe and drape side rails
- One draped table, two chairs, a trash can and an identification sign
- Fifty word company listing (provided by your company) will be included in the attendee handbook distributed to all attendees
- Company listing will be included in all event related promotion and advertising, when applicable
- Digital file of final attendee mailing addresses for your one-time, post-conference follow-up (file will be provided in excel format, no e-mail addresses or phone numbers)
- Acknowledgement and logo recognition on rolling PowerPoint during event
- Prominent signage during symposium
- Twenty percent off advertising in the symposium attendee handbook
