The symposium is held at Cityplace Conference and Event Center in Dallas, TX. The venue is not a hotel. Please see below information and links to area hotels in close proximity to Cityplace. Where noted, the hotels offer easy access to the DART RAIL system, which has a stop inside the conference center.

Parking
Parking is complimentary for symposium attendees. Please request a parking pass each day at the Registration/Information desk located in the Oaklawn Room. Cityplace does not have staffed parking garage booths, so a complimentary pass is needed to exit each day.

There are two exits from DFW International Airport, (North and South). It is suggested to those renting cars to use the South Exit for the shortest, most convenient trip. Below, are directions for either exit.

Directions from DFW North Exit to Cityplace
- 1. Head North on International Parkway out of DFW International Airport
- 2. Take the exit onto I-635 E 8.9
- 3. Take exit 27C to merge onto I-35E S toward Dallas 11.2 mi
- 4. Take exit 429A toward Houston/US-75/I-45 0.6 mi
- 5. Merge onto TX-366 W/Woodall Rodgers Fwy E 1.0 mi
- 6. Take the exit onto US-75 N toward MC Kinney 0.5 mi
- 7. Take exit 1B toward Haskell Ave-Blackburn St/Fitzhugh Ave 0.4 mi
- 8. Merge onto N Central Expy 299 ft

- 3. Keep left at the fork to continue toward TX-183 E and merge onto TX-183 E 10.3 mi
