In 2007, the Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium was created by MarketScout as a medium to profile innovation in the insurance industry. Creative, forward thinking insurers, intermediaries and agents participate in the symposium by sharing new ideas and concepts which will improve the process of insurance underwriting, distribution and technology. The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research supports entrepreneurialism and as such has joined with MarketScout in a collective effort to foster creativity and new thought in the insurance industry.
About the Symposium
The Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium provides excellent speaker lineups, profiling the most prolific and innovative executives in the insurance industry. In previous years, leading insurance innovators, entrepreneurs, risk managers and CEO's from several of the top insurance companies presented and discussed new insurance distribution, underwriting and technology solutions.
The Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium offers an excellent opportunity to interface with the insurance industry's most innovative thinkers. Attendees represent insurers, intermediaries, agents, investors, technology companies, risk managers and many others, all of whom search for creative, cutting-edge ideas which will give them a competitive advantage.
MarketScout, with support from Microsoft and The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, will select finalists for the Entrepreneurial Insurance Awards. 2012 Entrepreneurial Award submissions are now being accepted. Submissions must be received by September 1, 2012. Winners will be announced at the Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium.
The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has approved The Entrepreneurial Insurance Symposium as an annual update for dues-paid CIC and CRM designation holders.
