Paul BinsfeldCEOCompany Nurse |
Paul Binsfeld is CEO of Company Nurse, an Injury Hotline—staffed with triage nurses—to help employers promptly and compassionately respond to workplace injuries. Binsfeld has over 20 years of experience in the workers compensation industry. By working with many different types of employers, he identified a common need for early intervention in the workers compensation claims and injury management process. As a result, Binsfeld developed the Company Nurse Injury Hotline to address today’s most common workers compensation challenges. Binsfeld designed Company Nurse to operate as an independent facility, ensuring complete objectivity when assessing employees’ injuries and medical needs. Within minutes of a call, triage nurses make important medical decisions that optimize medical care and outcomes. Since its triage nurses work at the front end of the claims process, Company Nurse helps employers to positively impact costs, outcomes, employee satisfaction, and return-to-work results. |
